It's far better to enjoy foods in their whole environment, than to process them and add chemicals. Cultures far and wide that enjoy foods in their whole form find themselves vastly healthier and living longer than the nations who consume fast/frozen/processed foods. 3 Fresh organic Italian Buffalo Burratta balls
15 Organic Plum Tomatoes
Italian Balsamic reduction
Place Burratta on desired dish. Slice plum tomatoes. Drizzle Balsamic on top. Add a Gluten Free cracker of your choice!
